At DocPDFLab (accessible from https://docupdflab.online/), we prioritize the privacy, security, and confidentiality of our website visitors and online tool users. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of personal and technical data collected, how it is processed, used, stored, and protected, as well as your rights regarding your personal information.

By using DocPDFLab, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

1. Document File Uploads, Processing, and Security

DocPDFLab offers online document processing services, including PDF conversion, compression, merging, splitting, and editing tools. Because file security is paramount, we enforce strict server handling procedures:

  • Temporary Processing Only: Any document, image, or PDF file uploaded to DocPDFLab is processed strictly to perform the user-requested automated task. We do not inspect, read, copy, analyze, or manually review the contents of your uploaded documents.
  • Automated Data Purging: All uploaded files, intermediate converted files, and processed output files are automatically and permanently deleted from our temporary server storage within 1 to 2 hours following processing.
  • No Permanent Storage or Backups: DocPDFLab does not maintain permanent archives, backups, or user-accessible cloud libraries of your files. Once purged, files cannot be recovered by us or any third party.
  • Secure Transmission: All data transferred between your web browser and DocPDFLab servers is encrypted using standard 256-bit SSL/TLS (HTTPS) encryption protocols.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide voluntarily and information collected automatically when you browse or interact with our website.

Like most interactive websites, DocPDFLab uses “cookies” and browser local storage to enhance user experience, remember processing preferences, and optimize system performance.

DocPDFLab partners with third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website.

A. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie

  • Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It uses cookies, specifically DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to https://docupdflab.online/ and other websites on the Internet.

B. How Third-Party Advertisers Collect Data

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons in their respective advertisements and links that appear on DocPDFLab, which are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note: DocPDFLab has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
